I was very impressed with my husband recently.. Last time, he scored brownie points, I made him some Dahi vada.. So, I told him this time, he deserves something better than Dahi vada.. **Wink** **Wink** And he tells me, "okie, make me Masala Puri Chat, instead!!" This is what happens when two food-junkies get married to each other Alright!!!!!!!! So, somebody's getting masala puri tonight! Enjoy!!!

Two guys holding hands is a definite No-No especially if those guys are your favorite sportsmen. For some reason, Gayism is considered to be feminine and when your tough sportstars do that, you don't accept it or rather despise it. I guess, it would take some time to come in terms with it, even in the western countries.

I think that guys just feel so insecure that they would be branded as gays that they try to avoid anything that may be perceived so.. If a girl, puts her hand around another girl's waist in a bar, would she be taken as a lesbian? Even if someone may mistake her to be so, I dont think girls add so much value to it, as guys do!

Yeh, guys are very sensitive about their sexuality. If two girls hug each other and hold hand, it's no big deal but it is not same for guys.

Is anyone else happy as I am ?? I am so glad that they are shutting down his mad series. IMO, he is such a sicko, who feeds on fear on people and in order for him to survive, he always wants to keep that fear in the hearts of people alive. I agree with many points of this Washington Post's Columnist: www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2011/04/06/AFNEgnqC_story.html

Haa haa, good one.
He is such a goof - in one episode, the guest kept telling him that he is feeling dizzy but Beck went on and on with his rant.. the guest fainted and dropped on the floor. Not one member in his crew reacted till the guest fainted - Beck must have picked his elite team of stupids :-)

I was going through some videos on emerging technolgies on youtube. And came across Ms. Uma Balakrishnan (CEO of Axcend). Now here is someone who thinks like me - "Gender inequality is a hyped concept!". I liked her line of thought: even a woman selling vegetables or does anything for a livelihood is an entrepreneur.
From my perspective, every one faces challenges. The type and nature of challenge one faces may be different. A colored person, a minority, a physically challenged, a lower caste person, a poor/impoverished one - everyone go thro life with its trials and tribulations. If there are challenges, there will also be some gains and benefits - let us focus on the positive.
There is nothing so different being a woman entrepreneur
P.S: If it interests you, her explanation on VAI(Vertical Appln. Integration) is a good one.

I feel sad that everyone has abandoned this message board. What this board needs to attract broader base and once attracted , to sustain it?
Any inputs?

Probably with the Memorial day long weekend and upcoming summer holidays of kids, members might be planning for that. I am sure they'll be back here soon.

IPL-4 ended with CSK winning and I saw an article that how it is losing its brand appeal quickly in less than 4 seasons. IPL, its brand name and sustainability seem like an oxymoron seeing how this site is visited by one or two members on every day basis
