Nice to see another latin language fan. Some of the ones I know are:
Memento vivere - A reminder of life (literally remember that you have to live) Memorabilia - Memorable things Memorandum - A note of; a thing to be remembered Millennium (millennia) - A thousand year period Modus agendi - Manner of operation Modus operandi (m.o.) - Way of operating Modus vivendi - Way of living

Nice! Any spanish phrases like this? Because in few years , Majority of US will have Hispanic people making Spanish more prominent than any other foreign language.. No offense to Latin but would love to know more on spanish phrases and usage in everyday..

When my kids speak, it is often foreign-language to me!!! I wish we could have a similar thread for "Kids phrases for parents to understand"?

Since Bay area has high dense of Indians, I was wondering if some Hindi words/phrases are common there among kids. If so, can anyone please list? Are there any other Indian language phrases that kids use?
