Few years back, we were driving to our friend's place - it was a 6 hr drive. We left on Fri evening, after work and hence it was getting very late and dark, by the time we were just half way through. As we went on, it started raining very badly, but since we were almost there, we just wanted to get home - as always, my husband and I started singing Sai Bhajans and were assuring ourselves that Sai will get us safely through this trip. While turning around a curve, my husband slammed his brake as suddenly we noticed that a car was swiveling in the middle of road and came to a stop at right angles to our car. Though he slammed the brake, our car could not stop right away and the other car was totally out of control. The tire in that Black car had burst and it went reeling without control and came to stop just few inches away from ours. Everybody escaped such a big mishap without a scratch. In that event, everything was so hazardous - heavy rain, slippery road, Jet-black car(with already poor visibility, the black made it impossible to notice the car), burst tire - If it wasn't for our Sai, how could we have survived that!

This is vijayalakshmi . I want to write many miracles about baba since 2003.

This is the miracle happened 3 days before.

My husband was suffering from severe back pain for past 1 month. He took some medicines for 1 week , but no response. He stopped taking medicines. But he felt very much pain while sitting , riding vehicle etc. I read miracle of baba of one of our sai devotee in “my saibaba.com mail” . she had mentioned about her mother’s severe cough for past 1 yr and how baba did miracle . I too prayed to baba on Saturday 5th march., if my husband gets fully cured , I will also write to all sai devotees about the miracle. Sunday 6th March we went to Baba’s temple, there he prayed for himself. Whole Sunday he was suffering with the pain. My mother in law called me and shouted at me to take him to hospital and take xray next day. I said ok.

But same day night (Sunday )he became very normal, Monday morning he told me his pain has vanished and he can bend, move , walk , sit without any difficult. He said this is purely an miracle done by baba. And he uttered sairam , first time I am hearing from his mouth saying sai ram, b’cos he is devotee of lord venkateshwara. Till today there no sign of pain in him.

Strange are the Leelas of Baba. Every Thursday HE is showing HIS Leelas here at Sidhartha Extension, New Delhi. On Saturday the 22nd March it was Holi and as we went to the Mandir in the early morning to wish Nameshkar (Good Morning) to Baba, we saw Baba has already had dots of Chandan on the nails of HIS hands and feets, on the Dwarkamai photo which is on the wall. Mrs. Gupta did the Pooja of Holi the previous day in our own Mandir and had applied Chandan on the forehead of Baba and it seems Baba had applied the Chandan on the nails of HIS own. Perhaps Baba is saying that HIS Singaar should be done that way. For the last few days Mrs Gupta was having a feeling as if she is in Dwarkamai in Shirdi. Udi was also oozing from the main photo of Baba and statue in the mandir. I am attaching the two photos taken on that day.

This happened in January 2008, when I was on a visit to Pune. I landed in Pune airport around 12 noon. As I had the official work only the next day, I wanted to make a trip to Shirdi and be back in Pune. I realized that I forgot to carry my Debit Card and all I had was about Rs.500 and a credit card. I had a nice darshan of BABA at Shirdi and returned to Pune around midnight. I was searching for a decent hotel to stay for the night. All I had was Rs.200 in cash and credit card and my return flight ticket to Chennai. I was desperately searching for a budget hotel where credit card is accepted. Suddenly an autowallah approached me and said he can accommodate me in a decent hotel with credit card acceptance. He took me to the hotel about 20 minutes drive from the bus station. I checked into the hotel using the credit card. I never use credit card to withdraw cash from the ATM. So withdrawing cash from ATM was ruled out. The next morning I got ready to go the place of work, about one hour from the place where I was staying. All I had was Rs.100/- with me. I went down and checked with the hotel guy about the auto fare to that place. I was told that autowallahs charge Rs.200/- to reach the place. I came back to my room and prayed to BABA to help. I took out the SAI SATCHARITA from my bag and I opened randomly by closing my eyes. Lo! To my surprise, I found Rs.100/- in that page. My joy knew no bounds and reached the place after paying Rs.200/-. I returned to the airport in a cab arranged by the staff of the company. This miracle is an ample example, that once again BABA protects his devotees at all times.

Sai comes to rescue during childbirth:

My wife faced pregnancy complications during her first pregnancy. Doctors told us that the survival chance of the baby is only 50%. But we prayed to Sai to keep her and baby safe. I still remember the day when our daughter was born, I was praying nonstop during the entire labor 'Sai..Sai..Sai..' with so many emotions in my mind during my Wife's labor. She was also doing the same. Sai granted us with a beautiful baby girl. My wife had Maha Darshan of Sai right after the child birth in the labor room. She saw Sai on all the lights in the labor room. What more can you ask for right after having a baby?

During my Saptaha Parayanam, I suddenly felt that I should cook and serve Roti and Dal Dhokli(Dal with bits of chappathi dough dropped into it as mentioned in Satcharitra) for my Baba. Ever since my back problem, I usually stay away from cooking as I cannot stand for long durations. On that day, by Baba's grace, I made Roti, Dal Dhokli, Sanza and badam milk within 1 hr and served as dinner to Baba. And surprisingly, I never felt any discomfort from standing that long continuously.
We started playing Sai's videos on youtube, while serving dinner to Baba. As soon as we kept the plate before Baba, in the youtube video, they showed Naivedya being offered at Shirdi to Sai. We were so happy at the sight.
Then while we were all having our prasad, I was pursuing my son to get him to have a bit of Sanza. He was running away without even having a taste - I kept reminding him that it is sweet. But not of much use - So, I started eating my prasad and was kind of whining that if this was in India, some one will turn up at our home and offering food to them would have made me feel as if Baba himself has come. Over here in US, all such surprises are not possible. As soon as I said this, my son came running towards me and started pulling me asking for "sweet". He stopped pulling only after I gave him some Sanza. We were all so thrilled at this.
All this may seem like mere coincidences - but it just feels so reassuring and we are happy about it.
