Requirements
• Experience working with highly trafficked, scalable web applications
• Experience developing Java components, extending Java based Content Managements Systems to manage content of large web sites.
• Participate in development of Content Management Strategy, including static and dynamic content.
• Ability to adjust and respond to scheduling and/or technical changes, with the ability to analyze and communicate any increased risks and/or testing considerations resulting from such changes
• Experience and ability to quickly build rapport, and to communicate technically and efficiently with team members and project owners in different geographies.
• Expert-level familiarity with modern operating systems and browser technologies (and their known compatibility limitations).
• Experience implementing Web CMS platforms for large, public-facing websites.
• Experience with the JCR (JSR-170/JSR-283) standard
• Experience developing content-centric applications using the Apache Sling framework.
• Experience with Developing components for Day CQ5 Web content Management System.
• Worked with and applied current web client-side technologies - JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX,jQuery, ExtJS.
• Extensive Experience with Java, J2EE, JSF, XML, Hibernate, Oracle, JBoss, Eclipse, XSLT, REST, and ESB .
• Experience working with various Libraries, Frameworks and tools used for Java development including Maven 2, Subversion, Eclipse, OSGi packaging & JUnit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of presentation, web, business and data access layers and their interactions.
• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, object oriented design techniques, + software engineering best practices.
• Demonstrable understanding of all phases of the software development cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to write clear design and technical specifications.
• Experience working with Scrum teams.
